We will welcome you with a soup of the day, this one will be served.

Afterwards you will find the cold dishes at the buffet.

  • Potato salad with cream cheese, red pepper grains, spring onion and celery.
  • Waldorf salad with slices of celeriac, mandarin, walnuts, apple and raisins.
  • Smoked salmon fillet with red onion, capers, sun dried tomato and olive rings.
  • Gamba salad served with with basil, garlic and chives.

- Greek feta salad with cherry tomatoes, cucumber cubes, red onion, bell pepper, rucola, pine nuts, olives, oregano and fresh olives.
